Josie is a true Vancouverite with nearly 30 years of experience living in Vancouver and the Lower Mainland. She witnessed numerous real estate market cycles from 2004 to 2022, gaining first-hand experience watching her parents purchase and sell various investments in real estate. Over those 18 years, Josie gained an acute awareness in the importance of timing, location, research and negotiation that is necessary to achieve success in real estate. She is happy to share her knowledge with her clients to ensure that they make the best decisions in their transactions. 

Today, Josie has a strong understanding of current market trends, new developments, and predicted future trends. She currently lives in Downtown Vancouver, and specializes in Downtown and overall Greater Vancouver.
